FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


1. How long are shipping times?

We work with suppliers around the world to source high-quality products.  Our suppliers typically ship items within one to five days of receiving an order.  From that point, it can take 2 to 4 weeks for items to arrive.  

As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs on where your order is at all times.  Sometimes due to free shipping, tracking might not be available. Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. Please email us if you haven't received a tracking number after seven days.

IMPORTANT: Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.

2. What's your return policy?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tag and seals intact. You’d need the receipt or proof of purchase if was a gift.

Beauty Product Return or Exchange Policy:

Unused items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Opened / Gently used items can be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at miklahsoaps@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to Miklah Scrubs, LLC, 720 East 32nd Street, Suite C1, Brooklyn, NY 11210, United States

***Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.*** 

Since we offer free shipping the majority of the time, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Can I cancel my order?

We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 12 hours of your purchase. You should submit an order cancellation request here once you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 12 hours of purchase that have not been shipped, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 10% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders have been processed and shipped. 

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong item or defective, notify us immediately, and we will make it right.

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know, and we’ll get you a new one.

6. Where do your products come from?

Our branded products are manufactured in the United States. Unless otherwise mentioned, other products may be imported. We only source merchandise from socially responsible businesses with ethical manufacturing practices.
